REFUNDS & RETURNS

Canterbury Blue will accept return of products, provided the customer notifies us in writing (by email) of a pending product return within 5 working days of receipt. The product must be unopened, and returned in it’s original packaging. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for the return freight costs.
